Sales Tax:

Islamorada Sportsman, Inc. resides in the state of Florida. Because of this, we are required by law to collect the applicable sales tax of 6% when we ship orders to the residents of Florida.



Backorders:

If an item is out of stock for more than 7 days the order will be canceled and you will be notified of the occurrence.

To help you better understand the choices above, here is an example:

You select 2-Business Days as your Shipping Method. 0-1 business days (Processing Time) + 2 business days (Actual Shipping Time) = 2-3 days (Total Delivery Period).

Business days are considered Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. Federal Holidays.

Alaska and Hawaii: Items that are being shipped to Alaska can only be shipped using our standard ground service. Items being shipped to Hawaii can be shipped using our standard ground and 2 business days service.



International Orders:

Import Taxes: There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you by Bassfury®. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.



How do I return/exchange an item purchased online at www.bassfury.com?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Bassfury® products. Please let us know if something is not right with your order. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We will replace that item with another size, color, style, or entirely different product.

• All products purchased through bassfury.com must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in resalable condition (unwashed, unworn) if it is a non-defective item.

• Please send bassfury® customer service an email at info@bassfury.com , advising them of the exchange / return before shipping.

• If it is defective we will replace with an item of equal value.

• All returns/exchanges must include your original receipt (packlist) contained in your package indicating which items you are returning and a brief note describing the reason for the return.

• Returns/Exchanges received without the a copy of the original receipt (packlist) contained in your package will not be processed.

• If you have misplaced your original receipt (packlist), please email customer service at the contact us button; info@bassfury.com.

• Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Items contained in your return package must be on your packlist(s). Any item not listed on your packlist(s) that was not originally purchased from bassfury.com will not be eligible for a return.

• We recommend that you return your items via an insured carrier service, as Bassfury® is not responsible for lost packages in transit. Once received, your full refund will take 10-14 days to process. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
